I will state the factors that causes the success and failure of Steve jobs as a technopreneur, first of all I still consider Steve Jobs as a successful individual after rising up again from a great fall that he never thought that could possibly happen, to slowly motivate one’s self after a great dilemma, after all it’s not about how wounded our knee caps and elbows are but how we were able to turn the perilous moments into a great and successful stories.

The first thing I saw why Steve Jobs was so different from the others is that he was able to think outside the box, I mean not literally looking at something square like the window and move your head outside the box and see things but logically expanding the ideas which were initiated by the others and bring it to a whole new level that not everyone was able to discover. Others may think things like these are impossible, but if one is greatly motivated just like Steve, we would definitely be a great society with great technology advancement and somebody must have think of it to be able to implement it as it is.

Steve Jobs as a Technopreneur is very influential, as of this very moment, his legacy still continues to spread throughout the globe, not everyone can be like him but the things that he is can be mimicked by the future generations, it’s either they reject or accept them as they are. The like his living is a famous but unopened book, not everyone was able to know who he really is, what he it is like to work with him, but most of the people knew his name and the company he is bearing throughout his entire lifetime.

There are certain things that allowed Steve Jobs to become a successful person in the company he is bearing; these are the things I have seen that makes him a great businessman and a technopreneur:

Ideas & Innovation, this word plays a vital role in the growth of the technology as a whole; this is what Steve Jobs used to greatly affect and influence the world. Innovation is the application of creating a whole new solution to an existing product that creates new requirements for the growth of the same products to produce more powerful devices which offers versatile performance and more user-friendly, as a result making the life easier for the users of the devices. Solve bottlenecks that hinder something to grow like it is the way of bringing the ideas outside the box to make it better or even the best than its current state, providing what the market needs and what will be needs in the mere future. Innovation in a nutshell is simple as saying to break something that is from the original state and bring it up into a whole new level and later introduce it to the public.

As a matter of fact, without innovation, things as they are will remain as they are, this is really a great factor for it is what helps us to improve being society as a whole.

Maybe he failed at some point but in the end, what really counts is how you finished the race, outcomes are the best basis for the significance of a person’s existence. And now his legacy still continues. He wants the best, only the best.

Heart of a Leader, leadership is the key to success, Steve Jobs pushes the limits to an endless abyss, what I meant is “if certain things have its limits, He will bring those things into infinity, extending and extending to nothingness no specific goal to attain. Yes that is what innovation is; it keeps on developing and developing and so on… because people have no permanent satisfaction that is why we need to keep up the development going.” That is why many people say that he is different. Yes he is different because his heart is a heart of a Leader.

He may be harsh, but he was able to polish Gold from a Rock, that is what I have seen in him. Despite the fact that he is really rude and harsh towards his Co-Workers, that keeps them motivated and strive hard to achieve better, he lived as an example and was able to stand firm for his own verdict.

Motivation, people tend to forget that this word is very significant in helping us do things, for me Steve Jobs won’t bother implementing those ideas if he is not well motivated and if he sees no vision on achieving his goals bringing it into a reality. As a technopreneur, it is important to know the purpose of waking up each day and having a dream of creating a better world to live in. Steve Jobs motivates himself to become a better individual; therefore everything around him too becomes better.

Focus, his focus on his objectives keeps him on track, without such thing, it would be impossible for him to accomplish even the most basic stuffs. With this Steve Jobs was able to state what his wants are, what he wants to become, what are his goals.

Being focused on something allows you to keep track on the things you want to achieve, this focus also refers to our mind set, on how we view things, in what I have understand this focus helps a lot of people accomplish the things they wanted in their lives.

Determination and Perseverance, amongst all this is the one everybody must possess determination and perseverance, If Steve Jobs stopped during his downfall of the company, and there would be no apple that caters the needs of vast individuals. His ability to manage his group exceptionally allows him to become a Good Technopreneur and a Businessman a whole.

High Standards, He sets a very high standard for each one, each of the employees, they see them playing a vital role in the company, he sees the potential of every individual of the company, which is why he’s setting up the bars really high, and not everyone was able to set their standards high, because they prefer to stay low. In the case of Steve, he has a vision to take the world into a whole new chapter. He was able to utilize the things in his hands pretty well that he was able to use them to its full extent.

Visionary, he believed that it is now the time to move forward, to bring the world to a new horizon of computing, he said that it is not the people outside who are making protest are the revolutionaries, but it is them who will bring change in the world, they have recreated how the way we see things, I really believe that it is one of his greatest assets as a technopreneur, being a visionary.

Risk-taker, Steve Jobs is willing to trade everything for his passion, his passion is the company and he wants the company to be benefited by the people around him, he made decisions and took risks that could possibly damage the company.

Yet being a risk taker is a must as a technopreneur, you can never know how to swim if at the first place you’re afraid of going to the beach. But then again, we should never test the depth of the sea with both feet.

Failing Factors of Steve Jobs

Being perfect doesn’t mean that one must not commit any mistakes, as a matter of fact; Steve Jobs made a lot of mistakes in his entire career, but that didn’t stop him from achieving his vision anyways.

Attitude problem, many didn’t like how Steve Jobs handles his company, he is always scolding at his employees and never accept the simple ideas of his colleagues, he always bash his employees for not doing better at work, he wants them to be the best and be productive as they could possibly be. Of course, because of that many disliked him. It is good to be a Perfectionist, but sometimes people can’t handle it anymore; it’s not always being best at something, it is the significance of the things that you have made as a person after all.

His temper is what they kept on complaining, we all have our own capabilities, but as what his co-workers said, his was different, he always kept on saying that your best isn’t good enough for his standards.

According to the Bible in the Book of Proverbs, “A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.” Proverbs 15:1; because of this, many didn’t like how he dealt with people around him, for me relationship and respect matters the most, what is being the best when all the world looks your integrity down? It’s not the Reputation that is vital; of course it is very important for a technopreneur but what is Fame when your life when you’re alone isn’t life after all.

Self-Centered & Egoistic, I can say that he is very much of a self-centered person because he want he wants is what he really wants, he get what he wants, he even deprived the rights of his employees to live, the life of his employees just to tight that they don’t even want to present to him anymore. He even humiliated them in the public, which is just too much.

He took credit too much for himself, he thinks that he can do anything. But the fact is, without his team, he will really struggle to achieve what he really want, my point is we should treat everybody equally for they too are human, they have emotions, and they have their own limits and weaknesses. Treating everyone nicely isn’t a hard task after all, if you think it’s really hard to treat everyone nicely, then checkout yourself cause you too might be like Steve Jobs.

In conclusion, I hold no grudges against Steve Jobs, as a matter of fact I love Steve Jobs, but I think bill is better. He is a person with outmost passion and dedication towards his work, and he pours his heart out in his work that his work becomes his life, he is a very passionate individual that seeks innovation at its finest. He loves to work and thinks outside the box. He is a great influence to the society and to the entire world, without Steve; maybe the apple will have different sets of standards. That’s what made them unique, the ideas that was initiated by Steve Jobs was really different that it sets new horizons for the modern era.

On the other hand, the struggles and the stress they are experiencing too are totally in a whole new level, I can image how hard it is to work with Steve, whom sets a very high standard for each individual in the company. The struggles they have been undergoing was unusually, working hard on the projects, doing the best that you can but still ending up being scolded by the boss. It’s hard, but that’s the real world, it’s harsh; thus we should only look for something that we think that is worth the pain, struggles, and the hard-work, anguish in the place of work is inevitable all we have to do is to live with it.

Steve Jobs prove that even an ordinary employee can produce an extra-ordinary output, and all he did was a little bit pushing, he kept on pushing his employees at the edge, but the fact is, there is no edge, because his pushing them to the infinity.

Now as we can see their products, we can say that it is almost perfect, it is because someone out there is trying his best to offer the world a whole new level of experience, to experience the things that is out of our social norms, to make the impossible to possible, and those things happened and was hardly implemented under the name of Steve Jobs.
